Instructions:
1. Base coat a round hanging craft plaque with gesso for a primed surface. Ours is from dollar tree, but you can use anything you want. Even a cardboard pizza round would work.
2. Paint your primed plaque yellow
3. Cut out your Time for Art downloaded outlines. Center the one that says "Hello Lucky" on the dried, primed surface. Hinge with tape.
4. Tuck graphite paper, waxy, shiny side down in between the outline and the painting surface. Trace the Circle and text to transfer the image to the primed surface. Arrange cut lucky charms around the circle and transfer individually.
5. Paint in the colors of your lucky charms. Allow the paint to dry. Erase any stray graphite marks.
6. Outline your text and charms with a black paint marker
7. Thread the string for hanging back though the plaque when dry and hang your wreath!
